Silicon Valley Wire[Silicon Valley Wire] San Jose-Based Secure Computing to Acquire Cupertino's Securify: -- Secure Computing, a San Jose-based developer of gateway security technology designed to help users protect their web, email and network assets, said on Thursday that it will pay $15 million to acquire Cupertino-based Securify, a maker of identity-based monitoring appliances. The value of the deal, expected to close by the end of this year, could raise by as much as $5 million, depending on the future performance of Securify.
